What we collect

When you leave a testimonial we collect your rating, your words, your first name, an optional last name or initial, your email address, an optional line about what you do, an optional photo and an optional video link. We also record the IP address the submission came from, to stop spam.

What we show publicly

Only testimonials that have been approved and that you have given permission to share are shown publicly. Your email address and IP address are never shown publicly and are never shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep testimonials while the business you left them for is still using Warmwords. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.
