I recently purchased ‘Pathfinder: A beginner’s guide to hiking success’. I have been hiking and backpacking both in Australia and Asia since the late 1960’s and have learnt a lot from the wisdom of others, but mostly by trial and error. I was looking for a complete beginner’s guide to help my daughter who now has the hiking bug and ‘Pathfinder’ fits the bill. It is a well written and credible resource. Well done Mowser!Show more
